Refund / Return Policy
All returned goods will not be accepted without prior written authorization. Upon inspection and approval of returned items, the terms of credit are as follows:
- Standard Axle will accept return of goods that are defective, or shipped in error for full credit.
- Returned goods accepted by Standard Axle MAY be subject to a minimum of 20% handling charge.
- Standard Axle will NOT accept return of any merchandise, which was either a special order or has been specially fabricated in any way.
- All returns must be freight prepaid, goods sent freight collect will have freight charged back to their account.
- A copy of the invoice must accompany the return goods.
